Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities includes but not limited to : (i)Process end-user requests for role-based access to applications and shared-drives in multiple firm wide requesting tools (ii) Train requesters in usage of access tool (iii) Ensure all access deviations are captured and remediated (iv) Monitor the addition and deletion on a timely basis for any change of staffing or role (v) Re-certify profiles on yearly basis (vi) Enable and monitor right levels of access relevant to the specific roles (vii) Include new groups and Business lines as recipients of access control services (viii) Build role based profiles.Criteria :

  • 1-3 years of operational experience
  • Bachelor s degree required
  • Strong problem solving and good analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge on access entitlements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with senior leaders
  • Track record of successful project completion working in a team.
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work on tight deadlines
