Job Description

Vice President in Asset Management Reconciliations and Research team is responsible for:Managing the Reconciliations and research function in Asset Management operations, which cuts across various product classes such as Fixed Income, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Cash, Equity & Alternatives etc.,Investigate reasons for breaks and differences arising due to various internal or external reasons and work with various stakeholders across teams to drive the resolution of breaks to maintain Breaks under thresholds establishedPerform Root Cause of Breaks generation and work towards Breaks reduction

  • Identify opportunities and work with Custodians & upstream on quality of feeds, issue resolution
Tracking, analyzing and follow-up on outstanding requirements
  • Create Detailed MIS and trend analysis of open items and ageing
  • Manage Stakeholders such as Client Service teams, Internal Operations teams
  • Identify and implement solutions to reduce breaks by leveraging tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, IA etc.,
  • Work with the teams to implement solutions to reduce manual effort and improve the job profile of the Reconciliation staff
