Position Purpose & SummaryBe an integral part of the Automation team in Bangalore Center by understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution by engaging in designing, solutioning, developing, testing and deploying various types of automation for various processes across functions.Principal AccountabilitiesImplement Automated process solutions in accordance with standard design, principles and conventions. Identifying and communicating the technical implementation requirements. Develop & supervise various BOTS (Task BOTS, Meta BOTS, IQ BOTS, etc.) as per the sprint requirement & trouble shoot BOTS on a real time basis and fix bugs. Configuring new BOTS and objects and also maintaining the old repository of BOTS developed by various developers in an RPA environment Execute process assessment, define automation required, create SIPOC, collect process data, perform time-and-motion study, define process flowchart, define automation %, map applications impacted, create solution design document, document process steps, review SOP, test basic commands from applications, map individuals impacted by RPA and other forms of automation, signoff design, map test cases, review test cases with operations, plan UAT, map impacts and design BCP Load data to environment testing, Review code with peer and update the code. 40% Creating and maintaining solution and other relevant documentations as per the sprint requirement. Solving issues that arise in day to day running of AA as well as other automation products and providing timely responses and solutions as required. Analyze business requirements and prepare the test conditions for purpose of clarifying functionality and completing software testing for RPA & creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases. Supporting the Operational teams during the UAT and rollout. Participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs Administration of the AA as well as other automation products live environment (running processes, maintaining resource PCs, viewing logs etc.) Update BOT Inventory, plan deployment strategy, promote code from DEV to UAT, test BOT modules, execute UAT, design SOP for BOT controller, train BOT controller, promote code from UAT to production, build report template, schedule BOTS, run BOTS, make fixes, measure project benefits, hand over to maintenance team, optimize BOT schedule, update change management plan, validate benefits, close I2V idea, review lessons learned, and get signoff from operations. 40% Case Management, managing and allocating process workloads. Managing and investigating exceptions (Business and System Exceptions). Supporting the CI & PMO teams in creating the transparency of the ongoing activities. Communicating with CI team on software related issues, suggesting improvements and participating with other users in the RPA, automation & Cargill business community. Coach and be a mentor on various AA concepts as well as bring in the used case (case studies) elements to train and buddy new developers in the team. Required to attend meetings relating to process development and problems identified with solution. Have knowledge of ongoing technologies and where applicable advise the Cargill business community to take advantage of it. 20%, *Education, Experience, SkillsRequired Qualifications/experience: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent Min 5 years experience in deploying automation solutions across industry Exposure to VBA, R, Python and other configuration/scripting type technology Database Skills / SQL knowledge and experience in application development Working knowledge on RPA (AA, UiPath, Blue P, etc.) Willing to work in flexible shiftsPreferred Qualifications/experience (Below call out is on a good to have and not must to have basis) Thorough understanding of testing concept Prepare test scenarios / test cases, execute test cases, Test data, Test plan Other relevant information to the positionThe role will involve individuals interacting with stakeholders from multiple departments and levels.
