  • Acts as the hyper automation architect for various stream within technology services.
  • Responsible for design and ensuring the team accurately implements necessary hyper automation solutions
  • Accountable for architectural & overall solutions support for any hyper automation initiatives
  • Provide technical leadership for assigned delivery team
  • Identify and pioneer with the latest technologies & finding use cases together with stakeholders and customer success teams
  • Evaluate systems specifications, requirements, and transforming them in to sustainable & scalable automation solutions
  • Builds, leverages & maintains effective alliances across technical and business community
  • Interacts with stakeholders to achieve efficient, effective results
  • Provide technical leadership for assigned delivery team
  • Participate in activities including, but not limited to innovation/POC s, product design, upgrades and evaluations
  • Mentor / train technical teams

  • Experience in managing large & complex infrastructure environments
  • Experience in scripting languages & integration protocols
  • Work experience in Banking and Finance industry is plus
Technical skills requiredMandatory skills:
  • 8-10 Year of experience in automation in any of the following automation streams (process automation, infrastructure automation, robotic process automation and conversation automation)
  • 5+ Years of experience as a software technology lead / engineering lead
  • 5+ year of experience in systems automation, orchestration or infrastructure automation
  • 2+ years of experience in chatbot, virtual assistant or cognitive automation will be an added advantage
  • Prepare architecture for proposed solution.
  • Planning , solutioning & deployment on all phases.
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies
  • Experience and a good working knowledge of the Windows and Linux operating system
  • Understand customer requirements, analyze those & convert them to appropriate implementation in respective tools.
Desirable Skills:
  • Hands on experience in automation platform
    • Configuration management / Server automation (e.g. Puppet, chef, salt)
    • Orchestration (e.g. Rundeck, TrueSight orchestrator, HP orchestrator)
    • Bot (e.g. RASA, ServiceNow virtual agent)
    • RPA (e.g. UIPath, BluePrism, 1RPA)
    • Coding (Python & Java)
Nontechnical skills required
  • Excellent communication skills, strong analysis and problem solving skills
  • Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management
  • Strong organizational / project management skills with ability to manage numerous deliverables in a timely and effective manner
  • Self-confident individual with high level of ambition, self motivation and dedication
  • Be able to maintain and influence a diverse internal network of stakeholders, setting expectations both for technical and non technical (management)
  • Be a problem owner and solver with a logical approach to solving issues
  • Self-motivated and excellent team player
