You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the companys vision and strategy.We are looking for a passionate individual who would play a pivotal role in achieving an exponential growth rate for the organization. We are looking for a person who understands product development and what it requires for that product to reach the client and how that journey can be taken. Responsibilities : - Know customer needs through research and market data- Develop product lines and appraise new ideas for market viability- Understand clients pain points, collaborate with the different teams in the organization to understand the feasibility and scalability, and design solutions to help resolve those problems- Deliver growth targets across geographies, customer segments, and products.- Develop Annual Business & Marketing plans for assigned product/ portfolio- Achieving the portfolio sales & profit objectives.- Creating, implementing & Monitoring Product campaigns.- Attending technical queries of Customers / Field Force on brands/portfolio.- Conducting Strategy / Briefing meetings of Field Sales Team.- Conducting Consultant/Technician Meetings & giving Technical Presentation Requirements : - Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and a willingness to work in a high-growth start-up environment- Excellent relationship management skills.- Previous experience working in product management and business development.,
