Roles and responsibilities
Serve as day-to-day contact and resource for assignee, client coordinator, third-party vendors, and other personnel; deliver service utilizing KPMG technology tools and according to standards established by service level agreements
Provide support and services prior to and during assignments, as well as during repatriation/localization including: assignment cost analysis, expatriate orientations, vendor coordination, preparation of assignment balance sheets, and letters of understanding
Review, analyze, and track expatriate payroll, compensation, benefits, global mobility, and other assignment-related issues
Report to the engagement Manager(s) or Senior Manager(s) and assist in leading the overall engagement coordination as well as provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Calculate expatriate-related assignment premiums and allowances, split payroll and shadow payroll compensation, impute updates for employer-provided benefits in kind, and perform U.S. tax gross up calculations
Train New joiners on International Assignment Services.
Experience Qualifications:
Minimum Master Degree from reputableuniversities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting or Finance
Enrolled Agent/GPHR or, Pursuing EnrolledAgent Certification/GPHR.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office softwareprograms, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel).
Understanding of payroll and individualtaxes.
Broad exposure to income and payroll taxationand knowledge of tax regulations.
Behavioral /team skills

Good communication andinterpersonal skills.
