The position is mainly responsible to generate transaction revenue through commercial leasing for the company by developing, maintaining and enhancing targeted client relationships. Additionally, knowledge of key real estate dynamics like demand, supply, absorption, vacancy etc. and other related economic drivers of real estate will also be essential for effective conduct of business. The incumbent should have past leadership experience in Real Estate or have key leadership traits to be able to lead teams.
