We are inviting applications for the role of Associate, Contract Management In this role, you will be responsible to Support the Treasury, Trade reconciliations teamResponsibilities
    • Respond to all inquiries from the customer (or internal sales teams) related to licensing agreements, screen review new agreement requests, timely KYC Customer screening,
    • Salesforce Agreement objects, case management, and customer communication as needed.
    • Maintain libraries and list of pending requests/status of cases.
    • Review required documentation and send recommendations to HQ Licensing Focal for approval.
    • Manage new agreements, renewals, terminations, invoicing, and Sales Force Entitlements as needed.
    • Effectively improve, manage, and maintain any processes related to all job functions.
    • Attend meetings as necessary to support Customer or internal business needs.
    • Meet SOP expectations including TAT, work directly with Digital/IT to assist with customer access issues as needed, and appropriately escalate matters to HQ Licensing Focal as needed
    Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications
    • Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce or MBA
    • Prior experience in the contract management
    Preferred qualifications
    • Proactively participating in discussions involving technical challenges and ways to improvise efficiency through providing a high quality and end-user focused service that is responsive to end-user needs
