RoleResponsibilitiesSenior Transformation Specialist (STS) 1. Experience in leading enterprise wide transformation programs/Continual Improvements across the Portfolio/Organization2. Design Process Transformation Roadmap and provide strategic direction to programs on Improvement/Transformation opportunities3. Lead and moderate ideation workshops (e.g. Design Thinking) and support programs with idea validation and opportunity exploration.4. Work closely with delivery functions and other related stakeholders to rank opportunities for continuous improvement by identifying value upfront.5. Collaborate with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and other related stakeholders to plan the agreed improvement initiatives/transformation and develop scope, work plan, schedules, deliverables and critical success parameters, etc.6. Lead Continuous Improvement/ Transformation projects leveraging LSS, RPA, ML or any other emerging technique/technologies that results in Efficiency gain and/or Customer Experience Enhancement7. Partner with Automation team, assessing service lines/processes & in conceptualizing, designing new offerings for the customer or for internal Organization s usage.8. Experience with Project Management methodologies and tools (MS Project, etc)9. Actively identify potential risks & issues relating to the delivery of Transformation projects and manage contingency & mitigation plans in a timely manner.10. Be the change catalyst and spread LSS & Transformation culture by leading training & Mentoring initiatives.11. Contribute towards internal/external benchmarking and competitor analysis12. Drive Analytics rigor13. Consulting assignments & Transition Analysis14. Fair understanding on IT infrastructure operation.15. LSS certification, PMP/PRINCE2 certification16. Share best practices and ideas, as well as coach and mentor Transformation Specialists, Trainee Transformation Specialist and delivery team members.17. Outstanding networking skills & knows how to bring together diverse groups of thinkers, as well as strong leadership skills to advise business units and manage conflicts.18. Excellent Stakeholder managementSkillsMust Have: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (from reputed organization), Project Management Skills, Data Analysis techniques, Business Process mapping, Analytics, Design Thinking, ITIL/COBIT. Statistical Analysis using Minitab/SPSS/SigmaXL. MS Excel, MS Project & VisioShould Have: Business Intelligence, Reporting & Visualization skills (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.) Experience with Agile SCRUM. PRINCE2 certified. ML/AI skillsCould Have (Desirable): RPA (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.). DevOps, Cloud Computing. PMP Certified/trained.,
