We dig kind, ambitious, creative people who are driven to make an impact in a collaborative environmentWhat you will do :- Drive growth for our e-commerce brand Supertails and our DTC brand Henlo by managing and optimizing Facebook marketing campaigns- Develop, execute, and monitor Facebook ad campaigns with a focus on D2C strategies- Collaborate effectively with our internal team of designers, marketing experts, and other specialists to develop integrated campaigns- Evaluate campaign performance and develop data-driven strategies to meet and exceed company goals- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the Facebook marketing landscape for growth and scale the revenues.Skills were looking for :- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) company is required, specifically in setting up campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager.- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and trends, with a focus on D2C, E-commerce, and paid marketing- Comprehensive knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager- Exceptional skills in ad copy and creative analysis.- Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities to optimize campaign performance- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client management- A Facebook blueprint certification is mandatory Location : Bangalore - Preferred Pet parent and has an understanding of the pet category- They should be a team player- Execution-oriented and willing to multi-task- Wear multiple hats at work- Keen to learn and bring energy to the team- Critical thinker and analytic (ref:updazz.com) updazz .com
