Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob Opening: Assistant Manager - Production ControlJob Location: Bengaluru Experience: 7 - 9 years Qualification: BE(Mechanical) CTC: 5.5 L - 6.5 L Per Annum Specific Skill Set:

  • Should have capability of Production Control, studying of engineering documents, analysis, building prototype and identifying suitable vendors for productionizing the product (in terms of components-Parts & Assemblies, PCB Blanks, PCB Assemblies, Cable Assemblies, Cable Harness, Optics & Composite Assemblies etc.
  • Should have good experience in interacting with Vendors & also Customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To create and coordinate the production plan to meet the schedule for all projects. This will include control and supervision of all of production control activities of the Company
  • To maintain, co-ordinate and control the end quality requirements as specified in the drawings and documents received from customers

  • To provide engineering clarification during series production stage and participate in the cost reduction exercise.
  • To generate engineering documents of collaborated projects into standard documentation systems and ensure configuration control.
  • To meet the delivery schedule as required by the Customers and to liaise with them for the Purchase Orders placed on the Company.
  • To create a process plan / flow diagram indicating quality checks at relevant stages for the process flow of the parts / assemblies of items indicated above.
  • To be involved in Full coordination / Conducting / Participating in periodic reviews with respect to the Projects progress.
