Job Description

    The purpose of the Assistant Mgr, Data Alignment (Data Team) role is to manage up to 8 team members to deliver accurate data for site payments, spanning multiple IQVIA proprietary systems. They will be a point of contact && responsible for their teams deliverables, will be expected to communicate messages && goals to their direct reports, and communicate status updates to senior management. The employee must be a Subject Matter Expert on the IQVIA proprietary systems required for payment generation. They must have end-to-end understanding of the data flows and system handoffs. This expertise is required so that the Senior Site Payment Lead can independently manage their team and resolve queries within the team unit. Responsibilities: Deliver accurate site payment data for all IQVIA studies, regardless of system used for payment (IQVIA CTMS or DrugDev). Ensure project data is handed off clean && on time for 100% of studies. Requires all direct reports to meet individual targets. Ensure consistency && best practice in process and approach for all IQVIA payment studies. Ensure team members are operating a consistent process. Ensure direct reports are compliant with process && targets. Manage work allocation of direct reports. Interpret and understand EDC subject visit data, site contracts and the payment system design && payment triggers. Analyse data fallout and provide any necessary corrections to ensure sites are paid accurately. Be able to identify data flow issues on large, complex and ongoing studies; route these to the appropriate teams for action and see the issues through to resolution. Project manage stakeholders involved in the process including the coordination of accurate payment reconciliations. Stakeholder manage && project manage team members from 5 different internal IQVIA groups. Understand their processes and how to effect change. Directly resolve EDC, Data Warehouse, CTMS or DrugDev system issues that are preventing payments
