Assist in preparing Change Management plan including changes to architecture or design of existing systems and ensuring the same is approved by Solution / Sr. Solution Architects Act as an escalation point to Level 1 - Systems Engineers and mentor all junior members Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Trianz service portfolio and with the ability to respond to the client s How do I type questions Troubleshoot problems and log problem reports for recurring issues. Review monitoring infrastructure for anomalies, potential to add additional monitoring at various levels of the client s environment to provide better uptime or visibility to the environment. Assist in automation activities where- ever possible from design through development and deployment Will be responsible along with Level 1 System engineers to ensure that the documentation is updated and completed for the supported environments. Be part of new implementation projects internal or external as may be required from time to time. Shall implement any recommendation or changes in supported environments, that may be recommended through periodic reviews, audits conducted by internal delivery assurance groups or by client initiated audits Education Candidate should be either a Diploma in Computer Science / Electronics Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science / Electronics (B. Sc. / B.
