Skill required: Recruitment - Recruitment Process DesignJob Location: BengaluruQualifications: Any GraduationYears of Experience: 3-5 yearsYou will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture.You will be working as a part of Recruitment team which uses Talent Supply Chain Management approach to securing and optimizing talent supply and services through all input channels to meet the workforce needs of Accenture, enabling them to meet their strategic objectives.The Recruitment Process Design team focuses on finding and hiring the best-qualified candidate (from within or outside of an organization) for a job opening, in a timely and cost-effective manner. This includes analyzing the requirements of a job, attracting employees to that job, screening and selecting applicants, hiring, and integrating the new employee to the organization. The role may require proficiency across talent acquisition, international recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing, and HR outsourcing.What are we looking for We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset:

Roles and Responsibilities
    • In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
    • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
    • You may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
    • You will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
    • You will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders
    • You will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients
    • The decisions you make impact your work and may impact the work of others
    • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.
