The India CS Team builds and strengthens partnerships with global and regional advertisers and agencies. A customer facing team, working with media owners, Marketing Heads, Growth Managers across the likes of a Zomato to Swiggy, Amazon to Myntra, HUL to Diageo and so on. In a rapidly growing market, CS Team combines exceptional strategic formulation, farming (cross-selling and up-selling) and negotiation skills, with an understanding of industry trends, market analysis and a passion for uncovering new opportunities and converting these into revenue.In a nutshell, we convert every client door into an opportunity. What will you be doing :As an Analyst, you will be responsible for providing solution-oriented and pro-active support to InMobi s Demand (Client Services) Team. You will be part of the team that looks at Demand requirements across India and works with the best of advertisers in the region in such a way that we deliver greater value for every dollar spent with us, while exceeding our advertiser goals and giving them the maximum ROI. This position offers a stepping stone to truly set and raise the industry bar in providing world-class service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • An Analyst plays a critical role for driving indirectly the revenue and relationships (internal as well as external) at InMobi.
  • He/she is expected to work closely with both external stakeholders (advertisers and agencies) as well as internal (regional sales, supply, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and ad ops teams) to drive cross-functional support to maximize revenue and profit, as well as strengthen the customer s relationship with InMobi.
  • Driving revenue optimization, data analytics, supply analysis and ownership on reporting with key recommendations to facilitate the Delivery team to make right decision making for advertisers and campaigns.
  • Work with the cross-functional Teams (Media Buying, Supply, etc.) to optimize on client KPI s.
  • Sharing of key reports and updates across internal stakeholders.
  • Work in conjunction with the Account Management team to ensure strong matching between supply and demand.
  • Track and manage India Revenue Charter from reporting perspective.
  • Providing data to drive client communication and ensuring end to end execution of different projects/campaigns. Providing recommendations/insights to client and facilitating cross sells/upsell across accounts.
