Job Description

    Job descriptionRole and ResponsibilitiesTechnology Management 35%
    • Support Invoicing on EZConnect (Colliers Proprietary Invoicing Tool) and lead training on REConnect (Colliers Proprietary Property database management CRM tool) for new joiners across India
    • Lead Onboarding/data updating for newer cities on the platform.
    • Ensure Coordination with database / brokers teams across India for Database / CRM updating
    • Maintain trackers which measure productivity of database broker teams and robustness of REConnect platform drive broker activity in RE Connect
    • Coordinate with IT teams, Database teams and city leaders to figure out gaps and close them on priority.
    • Manage database access for exit and entrants into Colliers
    Financial Analysis 35%
    • Forecasts/Revenue Pipeline (WIP management/updates)
    • Review Invoice Data on EZConnect
    • Coordination with city leaders/brokers on WIP management
    • Receivables/Debtors update with Finance
    • Client activity tracker Management in REConnect
    Team Support 30%
    • Support team on RFP / Pitch presentations with data
    • Support team on any adhoc market data requirements
    • Coordinate with India Asia Research, Marcom to support on data requests (market overview / wins etc)
    • Develop Track Record and Case Study repository for Office Services teams across India
    Qualifications and Education Requirements
    • Minimum qualification to be Graduate; post graduate preferred
    • Background in Analytics and interests in Technology and Finance preferred
    • Should be highly proficient in MS Power-point and Excel (VLookup, pivot tables etc.). Should enjoy working on worksheets and data
    • Prior experience of working in a real estate organization preferred though not mandatory.
    • Good communication skills and to be able to interact with business leaders and teams across locations in India.
    • Should be comfortable in picking up phone and following up with people to get things done.
    • Proficient in English writing and narration
    • Attitude to getting work done
    • Willing to work under very strict deadlines
