Excellent communication/ comprehension skills- both verbal and written 2. Should be able to read/speak local languageDeliverables and Tasks: Directors Office Calendar Management Day to day activities like Preparing/ Tracking Expense Vouchers, LeaveRegularization, Arranging appointments, Conference calls & other admin support. Preparing presentations, graphs & other necessary documents Communications to the team/ necessary follow-ups. Monthly Management meeting organization Inventory Management Perform other tasks as assigned by Director. Travel Management Travel Request Approvals support Prepare itineraries Flight Bookings & Cancellations Visa Processing/ Invitation letters Hotel, Car Bookings Insurance, Forex arrangement Flight Invoices Scrutiny Office Admin Acting in the capacity of Office Manager and taking care of the entireoffice admin Office infra and logistics management(especially during the pandemicscenarios) Good networking and local connectivity to interact/procure vendors onboard Vendor Management and contract Liaise with local authorities HR Responsibilities Manage the paper work for other necessary documentations Induction for new joiners and managing HRMS (primitive level) Other HR related activities (primitive level) Good in Excel and Power point2Communication Intranet - Updating the intranet with necessary documents, presentations, org charts,policies etc. Memberships & associations - Keep a track of upcoming events - Timely renewal - Working with HR team to bolster sponsorships (arranging the necessarybranding material like logo, profile, brochure, portfolio, photos etc.) - Vendor Management skillsexcel, presentation, administrative qualificationB.E/B.Tech, B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Arch, B.Ed,
