• As Active Directory Administrator, you are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters
• Responsible to design, implement, and maintain NetApp, Panzura, Komprise and ICOS (IBM Cloud Object Storage) platform to provide highly scalable, reliable, secured, highly available, fully optimized storage solution

• Design, implement, and support MS Domain Name Services (DNS)
• Monitor and report on Active Directory Health, Problem analysis & resolution
• Process development, maintenance and documentation. PowerShell Scripting
• Support Active Directory provisioning by defining procedures and acting as a point of blocking issue (Regional, Division, Company)
• Transform customer requests into system solutions according to architecture and technology standard
• Windows Server Group Policy design, implementation, and support
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2008, 2012, R2, Active Directory
• Responsible for handling issues related to Desktop, Windows and Linux Servers
• Responsible for resolving the Networking and Firewall issues
• Install software upgrades and security patches and monitor intrusions
• Proven knowledge on File-servers, email services such as outlook, thunderbird, etc
• Managing/monitoring LAN/WAN network services
• Install, configure, and update server software/hardware and perform maintenance

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Active Directory administering DNS, DHCP and PKI
• Validated experience in configuring Group Policy Objects to secure a Windows infrastructure
• Demonstrable ability with complex scripting, PowerShell and working on AD 2008, 2012 functional level and migration to 2016 functional level
• In-depth knowledge of different type of tools to isolate the Active Directory issues along with Microsoft Windows Server Administration, to include Server 2003, 2008, 2012 and 2016 operating systems
• Proven expertise using a ticket management system for work prioritization and daily workload management with On-premise Exchange and O365 Service
• Expertise in change raising to facilitate incident resolution and Problem resolution with Problem Management and RCA - Responsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 & Severity 2 call

• Proficient in working with high availability environment along with alignment to process (ITIL)
• Domain consolidations/migrations preferred
