Account Service Specialist to join our team in Bangalore , Karn taka (IN-KA) , India (IN) .

Day to Day Job Duties:

  • Facilitate Daily Operations meeting, Weekly CAB (Change) Meeting, Weekly Problem Meeting, Monthly SLA (Service Level) Meeting and other Service Management meetings
  • Oversee, facilitate and administer ITIL Service Management based support. This will include Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Configuration and SLA Management.
  • Creates, maintains supports and creates requirements for reports in Service Now or reporting tool Performance Direct
  • Research/address questions or emails that pertain to the above processs
  • Leads continuous improvement activities
  • Documenting processs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Hands on Experience in Service Now
  • Ability to create ad hoc reports in Service Now and work with Reporting team on more complex report requirements
  • 3-5 years in Service Management
  • 3-5 years of hands on experience with ITIL processs - Incident, Request, Change, Problem
  • Stong understanding of ITIL processes
  • Strong English written and verbal skills
  • Strong ability to create and document processs
