Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Client Management:
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
      • Address client concerns and needs promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.
      • Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
    2. Account Growth:
      • Identify opportunities for expanding services and products to clients.
      • Collaborate with the sales team to increase revenue from existing accounts.
    3. Project Coordination:
      • Work with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, support) to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
      • Ensure project timelines and client expectations are met.
    4. Financial Management:
      • Monitor and manage account budgets, ensuring that the company meets profitability targets.
      • Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
    5. Reporting:
      • Provide regular updates to clients on project status, results, and KPIs.
      • Prepare detailed account reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    6. Renewals & Retention:
      • Drive contract renewals and manage the client retention process.
      • Implement strategies to ensure long-term client relationships.
    7. Problem Solving:
      • Act as an escalation point for any issues and resolve conflicts with clients effectively.
      • Proactively manage risks and find solutions to ensure client success.
