If you have an affinity for technology, a passion for making your customers successful, and the ability to articulate the ROI of an enterprise solution across multiple stakeholders, then this could be the role for you. What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities A successful Account Executive at OutSystems has experience doing deep levels of discovery and objection handling at every level. They are engaged with their customers throughout the sales cycle, from account planning, through the development of the deal, to the close of business, and beyond. They are trusted advisors to the C-Suite and the end users. They are not afraid to present a Disruptive Idea. Qualifications / What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor s Degree and at least 8 to 12 years of experience of direct sales within Domestic Market
  • Experience using an established enterprise software sales process/forecasting methodology.
  • Tenacious, hungry, competitive in nature.
  • Accustomed to exceeding revenue targets (top 10-20% of company performers)
  • Strong customer references
  • Travel as needed (25%-40%)
  • Sales DNA - hunting mentality, tenacity
  • Brains, intensity, charm
Ways to Stand Out from The Crowd
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
  • Previous Sales Methodology training
  • Familiarity with selling transformative software and SaaS/PaaS solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the business issues impacting large enterprise organizations with ability to educate/evangelize and so generate opportunities out of this knowledge.
  • Experience of managing large complex account relationships.
  • Strong network of contacts across enterprise organizations in respective region
  • Ability to work credibly at all levels, especially at CXO level.
  • Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to know when to seek guidance.
  • Self-critical and eager to improve and optimize the sales processes and tools.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
