bLocation: Aurangabad Goodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Aradhana Singh Sponsorship Available: NA Relocation Assistance Available: Yes Reporting to Maintenance Manager-BTB,ensuring reliability of BTB equipments through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities through PO RE methodology:-

Leader for Reliability Activities of BTB from Electrical function
Manage Capex & operations activities of Electrical Maintenance in BTB
Shift management of entire Electrical team
Coordinating within the Business Team and working on HPT

Reliability:

Leading the upgradation of absolute system for Reliability enhancement
Implementation and follow up of Strategic Countermeasures
Monitor and analysis for breakdown of Tire Building Machines
Site improvement activities
Responsible to control the consumption oil, grease, cotton waste and spare parts.
To develop the Contingency parts for sustenance
Responsible to control spillage and Leakages during the maintenance.
Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance.
