Description of Role:-Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per planActivate agents on a monthly basis as per given planEnsure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression as per the Agency Structure.Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers for Life Division.Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basisReview with Reporting Manager on a Weekly BasisConduct Meetings with reporting Agents on an ongoing basis.Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the CompanyAge should be Min 25Yrs and we can look up to 40YrsSales Experience is Mandatory and Min 3YrsGraduation is Mandatory and Should be Marriedshould be presentable and should have local market experience
