Operation Executive Export/Import

Job Description

• Responsible for the daily operations in both Imports/Exports & Customer Service.
• Verify the shipment documents received form the customers
• Filing of Shipping bill/Bill of entry coordinating with shipper and consignee.
• Follow up and get the NOC (No objection Certificate) form ADC (Assistant Drug controller).
• Execute the Airway Bill based on the information provided in the Invoice and packing list.
• Follow up with carrier for shipment status along with Vessel/Airline ETA.
• Ensure the packing and loading of the shipment goods as executed as per standard and coordinate with the logistics department in transport of cargo.
• Assist the export/import team for preparing the custom clearance documents, clearing the cargo and handing over the documents to the Airline/Liner.
• Ensure all the documents are maintained up to date on daily basis as per the norms.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alandur, Chennai - 600016, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
