The person in this role with be accountable for complete recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.   • Source potential candidates from various channels (e.g. Competition mapping, Job board, Job portals, social media platforms, Employee Referral and so on.)
  • Screen-Interview-evaluate and recommend suitable candidates to business
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Create and drive strong employee referral program
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs and build pro-active talent pipeline with help with recruitment drives and other employer branding activities
Requirements
  • Proven volume hiring experience of 2-4 years in BFSI industry
  • Should be a post-graduate from good B-School
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be good with stakeholder management
