Job Description

    We have opening for Administration Assistant at Ahemdabad- chandkheda.Working Days: Monday - FridayWorking Time: 09:00 am- 6:00pmInterview Process:3 RoundsPosition: Administration AssistantKey Responsibilities:Responsible for all Office and General Administration, Travel Desk (Air Tickets arrangements for employees), Hotel booking from Corp Office (Ahmadabad). Communication Skill & Computer Knowledge has been an added advantage.Basic administrative duties such as scheduling, Billing & Payments tracking of vendors, and Office Operations may be necessary for this position, as well as coaching and mentoring to travel employees.Strong computer skills are also important to utilize travel booking modules and other tools.Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturers instructions for house phone and console operation.Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Third Party Vendor Management of Office Operations.Travel Request Form Creation & Master Management towards Air Travels.Ticket booking & co-ordination with the vendor for Airlines options feasibility & issuance of tickets.Implementation of TWS/AMPS Culture in Office to maintain the protocol of policies & procedures.Responsible for multi-tasking assignment completion as & when required.Please Acknowledge the mail and revert it with an updated resume.
