FOREX EXECUTIVE- (Designation will be Exec. / Sr. Executive) Back ground:He/She will also be responsible for development of product and channel level initiatives for Retail / Wealth / Privilege / NRI segment.Buy and sale of Foreign currency notesBuy and sale of Travel card Outwardremittance Sale of above products through alternate channelsSkill Set:Candidate with experience in Hard core FX Sales Knowledge of Channel Sales Function with fixed Monthly fees targets.Prior work experience of working in Relationship Management business.Good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to forge an understanding and build relationshipsBuild processes, systems and structure to improve productivity of the channelUnderstanding of customer needs and putting in process for enhancing customer experience Ability to drive teams through coaching and timely feedback to achieve desired productivity goals.Desirable: Thorough understanding of the Governing FOREX Regulations (like FEMA etc)Understanding of dynamics of the FX markets.Understanding of the various channels available in the business for approaching Customers, and attendant revenue stream there of.Package :- Fixed Salary + Product Incentives + Bonus (yearly) + Foreign trips (Based on Performance)Interested candidates must directly walk In in the below mentioned venue.
