Job Description

    Vertical Head (UPOS Sales, Insurance & Other Financial Products, Loans, Health, B2B Vendor Onboarding, Franchise Sales)Responsibilities : Leadership and Team Management. Lead, motivate, and guide sales teams to achieve goals. Cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence. Sales Strategy and Business Development. Develop and execute sales strategies for revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends. Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events for brand visibility. Performance Monitoring and Reporting. Monitor sales metrics and analyze data for improvement. Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management.Qualifications: MBA in Marketing or related field. Minimum 9 years of sales and marketing experience, FMCG industry/B2B Distribution preferred. Proven leadership skills with experience managing more than 5 locations and a team. size of over 200 distributors/staff. Proven leadership skills with large team management experience. Strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
