Job Description

Urgent opening for the profile of Credit Manager with Leading NBFC.Experience:- Min 5 YearsCTC- Up to 7 LJob Location- Ahmadabad-

Implement Risk, credit policies for Unsecured Loan products
Build relevant credit templates for cash flow, credit analysis and customer assessment
Train Credit policies/templates to Regional/ Local Sales & credit team
Monthly Monitoring of delinquency trend
Conduct PQR( Portfolio Quality Review ) every month/ required intervals
Collection responsibility for mid & Hard Bucket cases
Drive a credit/compliance culture within the team to build a sustainable, profitable MSME portfolio
Maintain the portfolio delinquency within desired NPA level
Maintaining 30+, 60+ & 90+ portfolio delinquency level as per plan
Training the entire vertical for credit proper credit assessment & appraisal
Adhere & Implement External /Internal regulatory norms
