Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should also have superior user interface design skills.Responsibilities and Duties:Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineeringConceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocksCreate wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideasPresent and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholdersEstablish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standardsQualifications and Skills:Proven work experience as a web designerDemonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolioSolid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site mapsProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing toolsProficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototypingExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development processExcellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interactionAbility to solve problems creatively and effectivelyUp-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologiesBS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or a Visual Arts subjectBenefitsYoung, fast paced and competitive environment where ideas are always welcome.Opportunity to learn a lot quickly, have impact & make a real difference.Alternate Saturdays holiday
