An exciting opportunity is now available for an Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Ahmedabad office in India.In this role you will add immediate value by ensuring recruitment of personnel in accordance with the approved manpower plan. You will advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, give selection tests, prepare reports, and make recommendations to management about staff appointments.You will also be responsible to support the development of psychometric and personality development tools, instruments, and sophisticated recruitment based behavioral assessments to enable the company to use best methods in the selection process.It is essential that you have strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, as this role reports to our Head Office in Doha and will form part of the Outstations Recruitment team.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills. Your proven influencing experience and exposure to HR systems and interviewing techniques will be essential to your success in this role.
