Job Description

    Urgently looking for Student Visa Counselor for our maninagar branchAny male/Female with min 2+ yrs of relevant work experience required in relevant industryWorking schedule - Mon to Sat - 10 to 7pm.Roles & responsibilities
    • This position requires excellent written& verbal English communication, zeal to work in multi-tasking profile, aggressive and smart personality.
    • Handle telephone and email enquiries from prospective students, their parents, teachers and business associates independently and in a timely and professional manner.
    • He/She will be responsible for the admission and ongoing support to students from a portfolio of countries.
    • The post holder must show initiative, good team work and must take responsibility for processes and outcomes within a team environment.
    • Process incoming applications, assessing qualifications and all credentials, the validity of decisions and authenticity of results.
    • Assist Client with required information related documentation and online application.
    • The post holder must be able to make decisions about the eligibility of applicants based on their English language qualifications and the suitability of academic qualifications.
    • Assist other team members whenever required.
    • The ideal candidate will be experienced overseas Admission Officer with minimum of 2+ years of experience
    • Team player.
    • Counsel students, parents when required.
    • This post performs a key function in ensuring that communications with our agents are fast, efficient and accurate.
    • The balance of duties within the admissions team will be allocated flexibly by the Branch Manager). Admission Officer will be capable of all aspects of the work and will work to priorities in allocating and completing tasks.
    • Familiar with MS office applications.
    • An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
    • Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
