Knowledge, Skills & Abilities RequiredJob Responsibilities:Planning and MonitoringResponsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Companys business plan.Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures are properly implemented and completed to achieve targets.Handle Sales and order booking.Monitoring receivables.Sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting.Obtain price quotations.Business DevelopmentSeek out new customers and sales opportunities to help build up the empire.Develop new strategic sales plans and priorities for the future growth of the company.Supervise sales promotion activities.Improve the brand image.Follow up on marketing-generated leads.Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and implement a sales strategy and plan to achieve the annual sales objectives of the Company.Forecast, monitor, and report on both projected and actual revenues.Develop new strategies, tactics, and plans for the future growth of the companys database.IntegrationWork closely with the Operations team to ensure the successful smooth delivery of client events.Provide market intelligence and customer insight to the marketing team.Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.Coordinate the sales operations with all the other departments of the company.Customer OrientationUnderstand the needs of our customers.Develop the strategy for customer visits and calls.Team ManagementEstablish and monitor performance reporting systems for the sales team.Organizing training programs for the teams as needed.Ensure optimal utilization of manpower.Overlook the HR and the Administration activities for the allocated region.Establish performance goals for each employee.Continuously motivate the sales team and inspire them to stay focused on the companys goals.7.
