We have an opening for Senior Accountant our client in Kheda.Job Title: Senior AccountantLocation: [Kheda]Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GST, TDS, reconciliation, P&L preparation, and financial finalization. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing accounting activities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing accurate financial information to support business decisions.Key Responsibilities:GST & TDS Management:Ensure accurate computation and timely filing of GST and TDS returns.Monitor and review GST and TDS compliance and update policies as required.Handle audits and provide necessary documentation and support for GST and TDS.Reconciliation:Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements, supplier statements, and other financial records.Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate records are maintained.Prepare and review reconciliation reports for management.P&L and Financial Statements:Prepare, review, and analyze Profit & Loss statements and other financial reports.Ensure financial statements are accurate and compliant with accounting standards.Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.Finalization:Oversee the preparation and finalization of financial statements at the end of the financial year.Coordinate with auditors for external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and accounting principles.General Accounting:Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.Maintain and update accounting records and financial information.Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) preferred.Minimum of [X] years of experience in accounting with a focus on GST, TDS, reconciliation, P&L, and finalization.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Kindly share your CV at hidden_emailSmit BhavreTalish Solutions91 hidden_mobile / hidden_emailwww.talishsolutions.com
