Daily accounting entries of service and spare or other material purchased(Journal purchase) at factory.Daily accounting of all Journal entries such as Journal expenses, GST, Normal Journal entries, Journal clearing etc. Daily Inward Purchase entryLiasoning with Government department for GST & Other regulatory bodies and solve any issues related to the same. Daily accounting of the Cash vouchers related to factory in books of account. Monthly reconciliation of actual landed expenses booked with Landed cost added at the time of inward. AP invoice approval (Only Material purchase inwards). Maintain registers of inwards & expenses. Conclude internal entries of GL & VD accounts on time.TDS - quarterly returns filling & monthly payments. Reconciliation of GSTR -2A with books of accounts on monthly basis & communication to concern parties for the query resolution. Co Ordination to the senior for the Internal audit & timely completion of the same in a manner to be effective for the company.
