Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Technical Support:
      • Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers.
      • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept evaluations.
      • Answer technical questions and address concerns related to product functionality and compatibility.
    2. Customer Engagement:
      • Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and business needs.
      • Develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer specifications.
      • Act as the primary technical point of contact during the sales process.
    3. Sales Strategy:
      • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
      • Identify potential sales opportunities and assist in the qualification of leads.
      • Support the preparation of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation.
    4. Product Knowledge:
      • Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products, services, and technologies.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
    5. Customer Training and Support:
      • Provide training and onboarding support for new customers.
      • Assist with post-sales technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
      • Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team.
    6. Documentation and Reporting:
      • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, technical issues, and sales activities.
      • Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and technical support activities.
