Job Description

    • Sales Support:
      • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations, reports, and correspondence.
      • Manage and track sales leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
      • Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
    • Order Processing:
      • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
      • Liaise with the logistics and inventory teams to manage stock levels and resolve any supply chain issues.
      • Handle order inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
    • Customer Service:
      • Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
      • Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Data Management:
      • Maintain and update customer and sales records in the CRM system.
      • Generate sales reports and analyze data to support sales strategies and performance evaluations.
    • Coordination and Communication:
      • Coordinate with various departments, including marketing, finance, and production, to ensure alignment on sales objectives and processes.
      • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and address any challenges.
    • Administrative Tasks:
      • Prepare and process sales contracts and agreements.
      • Organize and maintain sales documentation and files.
      • Assist in the preparation of sales budgets and forecasts.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a sales environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
