Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards or non-compliance issues.3. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HSE matters.4. Develop and deliver training programs on various safety topics to enhance employee awareness and knowledge.5. Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, or any other safety-related issues to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.6. Maintain accurate records of all safety-related incidents, inspections, training sessions, etc.7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all necessary safety measures are implemented during project planning and execution phases.8. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace and develop appropriate control measures.9. Stay updated with relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, industry standards, etc., to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Leading SHE Department
• DWM for SHE Department
• Measurement & control of GRI Parameters
• O& M of fire Fighting system
• Strengthen the fire monitoring & fighting system
• Ensure a safe workplace for employees and zero accident plant
• To support project team to execute safe working in plant by safety pause, tooltalk, and pretraining for contractors and their workmen
• To implement all safety standards as per CSC guidelines.
• Periodic reporting to DISH, MPCB, Explosive And Fire Dept
• Sustainability reporting
• To comply all norms as per the Factories Act and legal requirements of plant
• To conduct safety-related training for all employees, contractors, and other stakeholders
