• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety plan, including risk assessments and emergency response procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop strategies for improving overall site safety.
Proactive OHS Planning and Legal Compliance:- To assist safety head in scheduling and conducting Safety review.- Coordinating with Locations to identify critical issues and facilitating them with technical support / escalating to Sr. Management, project Heads for timely action.- To schedule and conduct periodic OHS evaluation of projects.- To monitor and coordinate for OHS Compliance as mapped in for all projects.1. Preparation and submission of HSE qualification documents to clients.2. Preparation and updating of company HSE Policies.3. Preparation of HIRA / JAS / STA / Similar documents4. Co-ordination with site safety supervisors5. Attend all client meetings.6. Conduct all type of HSE training.7. Preparation of all safety procedures for projects.8. Communications / correspondence with clients.Desired Candidate:Good Communication Skill & Presentable. Good written and Spoken English.Should be well versed with Word, Excel and Power point.Immediate joiners will be preferredGood knowledge of Industrial Safety Norms is mandatory.
