Job Description

    Summary Relationship Manager (Startup Funding) will act as one point of contact for onboarded clients with Startup Sahay. RM will guide clients during the entire startup funding process and maintain their entire process after onboarding with Startup Sahay. RM will work towards the goal of efficient and smoother service delivery to Startups. Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Guiding Startup Founders with the funding services they availed and acknowledging them with how the entire process will work with the Startup Sahay via Call and email.
    • Create a WhatsApp group with clients and other relevant stakeholders i.e., Analysts, Graphic Designers, and Other key members to manage regular updates conveniently.
    • Guiding founders in providing the necessary information required for the funding process via the Startup Sahay Founder response form.
    • Collect all legal and supporting documents required for the funding process from the founders and maintain same in Startup Sahay Drive via WhatsApp and Email.
    • Act as one point of contact for the startup founders. Provide weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly updates to the startup founders for their process with startup Sahay.
    • Connect and collaborate with various Startup Ecosystem partners Incubators and stakeholders for the required information and process updates. Allocate the Startup to the Analysts and Designers. Update and Maintain MIS Daily, Weekly, and bi-weekly for Management
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • MBA Finance,CFA, or Other Finance Related Program will be preferable but not mandatory if the candidate has proven work experience in the same field. Knowledge of the Startup Funding ecosystem is a must.
    • Candidate Must be Proficient in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Professional Email writing (Pls dont apply if not proficient above skills) Candidate should be proficient in English & Hindi Language. Knowledge of other Languages i.e., Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, etc. will be a plus point.
    • Candidate should have fluent communication skills. Task ownership, Dedication to work & growth, Effective Team member, Punctuality and Organized behavior, Respect & Honesty
