Job Description

    Quality Analyst - US ShiftWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible or reviewing photos and updating the client portal according to the judgment and the parameters set by the client. Analyzing Data & conduct the required research. Candidate will be responsible the work by following compliance with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and client specifications in all preservation efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine preservation processes, procedures, and best practices. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to property preservation, Quality Audit of Properties, Analyzing Data & Conducting Data Research, Approval/Reject orders based on careful quality check of property photos.1 to 2 years experience required in back office auditing (International Process), Good Command over Spoken & Written English; should have completed primary education with English as a major language, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows and the Internet, basic computer skills. Candidate would need to demonstrate skills during operational interview; US Mortgage back office experience is added advantage.
