Job Description

1. Handling Maintenance activities for Plant Equipments for OSD, manpower Planning & monitoring overall Site Process equipment Engineering operations exposure to Large Volume block.2. Managing Team of 10- 20 People across Plant maintenance Function.3. Proactively identifying areas of breakdowns & take steps to avoid the recurrence as well as maintain root cause analysis reports.4. Support QMS team for Deviation investigation, Change control and CAPA implementations.5. Handle all Process Equipment Qualification/Validation and requalification.6. Overseeing strict adherence to cGMP, and USFDA for handling safety & environment.7. Conducting the activities related to preparing Material & Energy Balances, Conceptual Layouts overseeing system audit.8. Charting several safety measures for minimizing occurrence of safety incidents and maintaining conceptual documents through monthly safety meeting9. Responsible for the breakdowns, Preventive maintenance as per schedule and Necessary technical modifications of Packing & process equipments.10. Responsible for Monthly report related to plant efficiency and breakdown analysis.11. Responsible for Different cGMP audits /Compliance like USFDA.12. Responsible for CSV as per GAMP 5.
