The position we are looking to recruit for, is Marketing Manager.Our client are in the business of stocking and distribution of Alloy Steels. They are authorised distributors of Tools & Die Steel for their clients.Position is work at home, in capacity of marketing manager, candidate would be expected to travel to meet clients, workshops, trade fairs etc.The recruits will be expected to imbibe the ethical work practices ofthe comapny, and grow the business in his/her region with a customer first approach.Employees tend to spend an average of 20+ years working for this company, because of the rewarding career progress and healthy work environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify new customers for range of products.Lead generation and order closure. Cold calls.Handle day-to-day sales related activities.Meet sales and collection targets.Survey the entire region to collate a market map of all potential customers.Gather information about competitors and prevailing prices.Weekly reporting to HO.Desired Candidate ProfilePrior experience in sales of Special Steel / Alloy Steel.Experience with Tool & Die steel preferable.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.Comfortable with MS Office and basic CRM.Willingness to travel extensively within the region.Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering / Diploma preferred.Fluent in English and local language(s).Age 30 - 40 years
