    Greetings from HOPE HR MANAGEMENT SERVICES.!Role/Position Title Manager- StoresReportingManager AGM-StoreLocation GIDC- AhmedabadEducation(degree/diploma) Graduate with a diploma in material managementExperience 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in store management (FMGC / Dairy / Ice cream industries)OVERALLJOBRESPONSIBILITIESStore Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material management, ensuring the availability of materials in line with production forecasts and plans, and maintaining the storage and handling of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) according to GMP and hygiene standards. The Store Manager will also be responsible for controlling operational costs and variances.Key Responsibilities:
    • Store Operations Management: Oversee and manage the entire store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
    • Material Availability: Ensure the availability of materials as per production forecasts and plans to meet production targets.
    • Storage and Handling: Monitor the storage and handling of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM), ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
    • Cost Control: Control and reduce misoperation costs and variances to improve operational efficiency.
    • Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze data to enhance store management and inventory control.
    • MIS Development: Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for effective tracking and management of inventory and materials.
    • Planning and Execution: Plan and execute inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels.
    • Communication: Communicate effectively with production, procurement, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth coordination and operations.
    • SAP-MM Utilization: Utilize SAP-MM (Materials Management) for efficient inventory tracking and management.
