Job Description

Manager Project & Sales for Technical Textile at Mumbai.Project management :

  • To propose project objectives and related requirements (budget, time framing, cost prices,). To follow them up and ensure internal feedback.
  • To define the project management plan and convergence plans.
  • To communicate follow up feedback to internal interlocutors both locally and internationally (Project Quality Leader / Sales Management / Textile management)
Project leadership :
  • To keep the project into TPMS rules and conformity (Group Quality process and standards).
  • To lead and manage internal teams dedicated to the project
  • To implement development process standards (products/process validation, project reviews )
  • To maintain production costs objectives of products
  • To gather and analyze available data to adjust budgets and Tesca Business plan (TBP)
  • To participate in price negotiations, to update them all along with project life according to sales volumes evolution.
  • To manage the economic performance of the project (profitability, cash in / out). To push customers to pay invoices in due negotiated terms.
  • To permanently assess customer satisfaction level and to implement all necessary actions to help improve it.
Textile SPM focus tasks :
  • To be part of customers design briefings with the Tesca style team and manage textile developments (with CPTs and plants) for projects.
  • To look into new business opportunities, to negotiate new contracts in full coordination with Sales management
  • To participate in new sales offers pricing with SPAM / KAM, including costs breakdown analysis for new products.
Technical and linguistic competence :
  • Fluent English
  • Pack Windows Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Textile expertise / Project Process expertise / Automotive Environnement knowledge
  • Budget and financial analysis capabilities
  • Project management
  • Textile engineer ideally
  • Customer / Supplier contract negotiation
  • Cost calculation and commercial offer
