Job Description

1. The engineer works on every step of the manufacturing process, so include all responsibilities fromdesign to production.2. Should be able to identify the error and provide timely trouble shoot for the machines to saveproduction time.3. Should be able to prepare and maintain technical reports of breakdown and preventive maintenanceservice.4. Should be able to use basic mechanical test equipments, suggest better machinery for processimprovement, tool and instruments for safety.5. Conducting frequent quality checks on equipment to ensure no maintenance is required.6. Priorties emergency maintenance when equipment breaks down7. Managing the budget for the maintenance of equipment.8. Keeping a record of preventive and emergency maintenance carried out.9. Ensuring the organisation complies with safety regulations while maintenance takes place.10. Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testingmethods, and conferring with equipment vendors.Requirements1. Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical And Electrical2. Experience: Atleast 2 years of experience in Maintenance.3. Work Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad4. Negotiation skills5. Ability to work well under pressure.6. Excellent technical skills and knowledge.7. Ability to find Root Cause of Machine Breakdown.8. Ability to Understand Technical Drawing and controls.
