Job Description

    lead talent management in ahmedabadCompany: A leading conglomerate Designation: Lead Talent Management (Sr. Manager) Location: Gujarat Experience: 15 years of experience with minimum 3 years in a similar role in at least two units/organizations; Active experience managing a direct team of 3-5 members Experience in a similar conglomerate business/ industry Strong knowledge Talent Management tools and techniques Experience developing and implementing organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, competency frameworks and succession planning Previous experience in data and talent analytics and producing various employment reports, Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Business Management/ Organizational Psychology or relevant field Higher degree in relevant field is preferable Responsibilities: Support Group Talent Management Head to design the talent management framework and defining underlying principles, by sharing feedback on the effectiveness and appropriateness of existing provisions Drive implementation of talent management strategies and organization design initiatives to build a high-performance work culture within the business Responsible for spearheading and implementing the performance management system and rewards philosophy across the business Building organizational capability (technical / functional / behavioral) to create a strong pipeline of future leaders for meeting business goals Develop annual and medium-term priorities, goals and KRAs for talent management within business in sync with the overall business plans Create plans to ensure adoption of Companys Behavioural Competency Framework in all talent management processes at the BU level skillsTalent Management, performance management, talent development qualificationMBA/PGDM,
