Job Description

    Jr. Business AnalystPrincipal Duties & Responsibilities:Serve as a liaison between the project stakeholder and the project development teams such asbusiness, project, and technology teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, andobjectivesResponsible for conducting and facilitating effective project meetings in the development, review, andtracking of progress against project work plansResponsible for the translation of business needs into application software requirements, including usecases, process flows, functional and technical specificationsMonitor project progress and handle any issues that ariseCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsProvide support with technical writing and editing as requiredAssist Project Managers with timely and effective project communications of program statuses,reports, project and technical documentation, agendas and takes minutesOperate as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customersComprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), having a thoroughunderstanding of various phases like Requirements analysis, Design, Development and TestingMakes process improvement recommendations to management, drives consistency, and improvesreportingSkills & Competencies:Must be well versed with Excel and its functionality such as VBA, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP etc.Background of SQL, databaseProject Analyst experience across multiple projects or a program through the entire solution deliveryprocessProficiency with Microsoft Office and should be comfortable with SQL, Advance ExcelExcellent interpersonal & communication skills with a problem-solving attitudeAttention to detail and willingness to fit well in a collaborative and charged workspaceQualification: Bachelors degree in technology, information systems, engineering, management, or acomputer-related field with 7.0+ CGPA. MBA preferred.Experience: 1-2 Years of experience as a business analyst or project coordinator, preferably in IT.
