Roles and responsibilities ob Purpose As a Channel Sales Manager with focus on business in Specified Region with focus on key partners and distributors you will be responsible for generating indirect business for Sophos products, build and maintain strong and sustainable relationships as well as recruiting, developing and managing partners in order to develop and maintain Sophos business and meet / exceed sales targets Main Duties 1. Need to manage Renewals of existing customers in Middle East and Africa. Need to coordinate with Distributors, Re-sellers, and customers to ensure timely renewal of existing clients. This involves sending reminders, calling customers, preparing quotations and updating the Salesforce opportunity status. 2. Need to generate cross-sell and up sell business out of existing renewal opportunities assigned. 3. Need to prepare quotations for all Purchase Orders in Salesforce (Creating accounts and Opportunities in Salesforce) for New Business and Renewals. 4. First point of contact for basic technical and sales support from partners and customers This involves UTM&ESG licensing issues, Partner Portal access, lead received thru email, Basic Technical issues. 5. Maintenance and upkeep of Salesforce System ensuring all renewal opportunities are logged accurately. 6. Need to update Partners and Distributors for Sophos Promos and New Pricelist Updates. 7. Support the on-ground Channel and Inside Account managers in case of leave/travelling. 8. Should be the first point of contact in case of any queries raised from Order Processing team regarding quotes or PO submitted.
