An excellent opportunity to work with one of the industry leaders & fastest growing conglomerates in environment infrastructure spaceYou will work very closely with business heads to drive organization exponential growth in the coming 3-5 yearsAn opportunity to head entire manufacturing function, working closely with the leadership and have a strategic impactResponsibilitiesDrive manufacturing excellence by providing strategic leadership and direction to the manufacturing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectivesDevelop and implement manufacturing strategies and plans that drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvementManage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing units, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practicesEstablish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory. bodies, to ensure manufacturing excellenceAnalyze production data, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize production processes and drive manufacturing excellenceDevelop and monitor budgets and financial performance metrics for the manufacturing function, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded while driving manufacturing excellenceProvide guidance and support to site managers and unit heads, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives in line with manufacturing excellence principlesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures, and other relevant laws and regulations while driving manufacturing excellence.Develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement that encourages innovation and efficiency in manufacturing processes.Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain teams to optimize raw material and supply chain management to drive manufacturing excellence.Develop and implement best practices across manufacturing sites to standardize processes and drive consistency in manufacturing excellence.Conduct regular audits of manufacturing sites to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to drive manufacturing excellence.Foster a culture of safety and environmental sustainability, ensuring that all manufacturing sites comply with relevant regulations and industry standards to drive manufacturing excellence.Work closely with the quality assurance team to implement robust quality control systems that drive manufacturing excellence.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing excellence, and develop strategies to continuously improve results.Drive employee engagement and training initiatives to develop a skilled workforce and ensure that employees are aligned with the organizations goals and values for manufacturing excellence.QualificationsA bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, operations management, or business administrationAt least 15 years of experience in manufacturing management, with a track record of success in managing large teams and multiple sites, while driving operational excellenceStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results in driving manufacturing excellenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in driving manufacturing excellenceProven track record of driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations to achieve operational excellenceStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas of improvement to drive manufacturing excellenceDemonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance metrics for manufacturing operations, while driving operational excellenceAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines, while driving manufacturing excellence,
